Referral Partner Agreement

Participation in the Nexpilot referral program requires an application via Work with us and is subject to manual review and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Nexpilot may approve, reject, pause, suspend, or revoke a partner's participation at its discretion, including after approval, if these terms are breached or the program is misused.

• Approved partners receive an assigned commission rate on the recurring subscription value referred, for a limited duration (currently 12 months per referred paying subscriber).
• Your assigned rate is visible in your partner dashboard after approval and is not published publicly. Nexpilot may update an assigned rate as part of program operations — this is a manual decision, never an automatic tier or upgrade.
• No commission is earned on free trials — only on successful paid subscriptions.

• Minimum payout: €50. Commissions below this threshold are tracked but not yet eligible for payout review.
• Payouts are manual-review only. There is no automatic payout, no self-service “request payout” action, and no Stripe or other automated payment integration.
• Eligible commissions are paid only after Nexpilot manually verifies and processes them — typically no sooner than 30 days after the underlying subscription payment, and subject to the readiness/verification steps described in your partner dashboard.
• Nexpilot may request additional information before processing a payout and may decline to process a payout where fraud, abuse, or a payment dispute is suspected (see Section 6).

To be reviewed for payout, you must provide accurate payout details (payout method, account holder name, relevant account/payment identifiers) and billing/invoicing details (legal or business name, billing address, tax/VAT identifiers where applicable, invoice contact email) through your partner dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data. Nexpilot is not liable for a delayed or failed payout caused by inaccurate or outdated information you provided. This data is visible to Nexpilot admins for manual payout and invoicing review and to you in your own dashboard — it is never published or shared with other partners.

• No self-referrals: referring your own account, or an account you control, is not permitted and will not be credited.
• No spam: unsolicited bulk messaging, mass DMs, or comment spam to promote your referral link is not permitted.
• No misleading claims: you may not misrepresent Nexpilot, its pricing, its features, or your relationship with Nexpilot when promoting your referral link.
• No brand misuse: you may not use the Nexpilot name, logo, or brand assets in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or authority beyond being an approved referral partner, without prior written permission.

Nexpilot may invalidate any attribution, registration, or commission it reasonably believes resulted from self-referral, fraud, abuse, or a violation of this Agreement. A refund, chargeback, cancellation, or confirmed payment fraud on a referred subscription voids the associated commission, whether the commission is estimated, pending, or already marked eligible — an already-processed payout tied to such a case may be reversed or offset against future payouts where legally permissible.

Application data, referral activity, attribution events, and payout/billing details are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Referred users' full identifying information (name/email) and your own payout/billing details are visible to Nexpilot admins for program operation, payout/invoicing processing, and fraud prevention — never published publicly, and referred-user identity is never shared with you as the referring partner.

You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax, VAT, or fiscal reporting obligations that apply to commissions you earn under this program in your jurisdiction. Nexpilot does not provide tax advice and may request tax/fiscal identifiers as part of the billing information in Section 4 solely to support its own invoicing and record-keeping.

Nexpilot may update this Agreement, the commission rate range, the minimum payout threshold, or other program terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Nexpilot's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Placeholder — specific governing law and jurisdiction to be finalized with legal counsel before commercial use at scale.]
