By accessing or using Nexpilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nexpilot is a product research and workflow tool designed to help marketplace and print-on-demand sellers explore product opportunities, improve listings, and plan graphic concepts. All features and outputs are provided as informational and planning support only.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Use Nexpilot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems not belonging to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access or extract data in ways not permitted by the service
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others

Nexpilot uses AI-assisted analysis to generate product ideas, tag suggestions, listing improvements, and related content. All outputs are:

• Informational and planning support only — not professional, legal, or financial advice
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• Not official or verified data from Etsy or any third-party platform

You are responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy, suitability, copyright and trademark risks, and compliance with applicable platform policies before use.

Nexpilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Etsy, Inc. or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated. Use of Nexpilot outputs on third-party platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. Nexpilot does not access your shop data unless you explicitly authorise such access through a supported integration.

Nexpilot currently offers a free tier. Where paid plans are available, pricing and features will be communicated within the service. Paid plans may be introduced, modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. No refund is guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of content you input into Nexpilot. By using the service, you grant Nexpilot a limited licence to process your inputs as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is handled.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon closure, your account access will be removed. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, audit, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Nexpilot makes no guarantee of sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, profit, or any other business outcome. The service is a planning and research tool. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

We aim to provide reliable access to Nexpilot but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended or discontinued in whole or in part for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons, with or without notice.

Nexpilot may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will communicate material changes where reasonably practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
