Is billing active right now?

Yes. Pro, Studio and Extra Credits are purchased through Stripe's secure Checkout. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Can prices change in the future?

Prices reflect our current early-access rates and may be adjusted as the product evolves. If a price changes, it only applies to future billing cycles going forward — never retroactively to a subscription you already have.

Is the data from an official marketplace API?

No. Nexpilot uses rules-based analysis, public trend data, and lawful sources. No marketplace API is used. Results are research estimates — always validate before investing.

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Your history, saved ideas, and concepts always stay intact. Cancelling or downgrading only changes your usage limits for new runs going forward — your saved data is always yours. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Manage billing.
